We are now introducing our new cancellation policy
We understand that schedules can change! If a cancellation is needed, we ask you please call the salon 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled service time. Every appointment is designed to fit your hair needs. When last minute cancellations happen, it can become difficult for our stylist to fill the gap left in their day. This policy will help give us the time to contact our clients who may be on waitlists with enough time that works for everyone.
~Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
~Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in 75% charge of your scheduled service.
~Cancellations made day of, or no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service before rebooking.
